Prices:
Low season: November, December, January, February
Mid season: September; October, March, April, May, June
High season: July, August and all school holidays
Special weekends: Easter, Ascension, Pentecost, May 1st…
Additional information:
Cleaning of the "gîte": 180€ / stay
Household waste: 25€ / stay
Water, electricity and fuel oil charges: depending on consumption (the charging station has a separate meter)
Wood: 20€ / basket
Bed linen: 11€ / person (obligatory)
Deposit: 1000€
Payment terms:
A deposit of 25% is required upon reservation/signing the contract.
The balance is paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
The deposit must be paid no later than 5 days before the arrival date and will be refunded no later than 10 working days after departure.
